Terms of Use
Effective date: November 4, 2026
Draft — review by Ontario lawyer recommended.
1. Acceptance
These Terms of Use govern your use of adskings.ca (the “Site”), operated by Adskings. By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. Services are provided only under a separate signed agreement.
2. Our intellectual property
All Site content — text, sales and email copy, pricing structure and package design, templates, frameworks, methodology descriptions, benchmarks compilations, blog articles, graphics, logos and code — is owned by Adskings or its licensors and protected by the Copyright Act, trademark law and the law of confidential information. “Adskings”, “Rule the Inbox”, the crown logo and the package names are our trademarks (registration [PENDING / TO FILE]). No rights are granted except as stated here.
3. Limited licence
You may view the Site and print or download a page for your own internal evaluation of our services. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, translate, adapt, distribute, sell, frame or create derivative works from any Site content, or remove notices, without our prior written consent.
4. Prohibited uses
- scraping, crawling, harvesting or bulk downloading content, pricing or contact data by automated means (other than search engines indexing the Site);
- copying our pricing structure, package names, copy, templates or methodology to offer competing services;
- reverse-engineering, decompiling or probing the Site, its forms or our tools;
- using information obtained from the Site, our proposals, samples, trials or calls to solicit our clients, partners or staff;
- submitting false information, malware, spam or interfering with the Site’s security.
5. Confidential information
Proposals, quotes, sample data, audits, playbooks and anything we mark or describe as confidential, or that a reasonable person would understand to be confidential, may be used only to evaluate a purchase from Adskings and must not be disclosed. These obligations continue after your use of the Site ends.
6. Database licence terms
Any database, sample or segment we provide is licensed, not sold: non-exclusive, non-transferable, for one licensee’s own CASL-compliant use, under the signed agreement. Resale, sublicensing, sharing, publishing or merging into another data product is prohibited. Notice: every database and sample contains unique seed (control) records and other markers that identify the licensee; we monitor them, and their use by anyone else is treated as evidence of unauthorised disclosure. We may seek injunctive relief and the damages set out in the agreement.
7. Pricing, payment and information
Prices and descriptions on the Site are an invitation to discuss, not an offer, and may change. Prices are plus applicable taxes. Card payments carry a processing fee of 2.4%, shown before payment and added at checkout; it covers the card processor’s cost and is not an Adskings service charge. Bank transfer (Interac e-Transfer, EFT/PAD) has no fee. The card fee does not apply to consumers in Québec. Results described are examples or industry benchmarks, are not guaranteed except as expressly stated in a signed agreement, and Adskings does not promise meetings.
8. Third-party links and services
Links to third-party sites are for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or practices.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Site is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adskings disclaims all warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of the Site. Our total liability relating to the Site is limited to CAD $100. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Indemnity
You will indemnify Adskings against claims and losses arising from your breach of these Terms, including misuse of our content or data.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. The courts of Toronto, Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction, but we may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms by posting a new version. Questions: [email protected], 33 Bloor St E, 5th Floor, Toronto, ON M4W 3H1. See also our Privacy Policy.
