Adskings

Case studies

B2B companies we crowned.

We work only with companies that sell to other businesses. Here's what that looks like in practice.

Success stories

Measured in revenue, not opens.

We report the metrics that matter to a B2B owner: ROAS, ROI, cost per opportunity and pipeline. Figures are client-reported; where results are still being confirmed, we say so.

Commercial snow removal & landscaping · Ontario · 24-month engagement

EWLG Property Services

Sells to property managers, condo boards, plazas and commercial sites.

17.8×ROAS / revenue multiple
1,681%revenue ROI on program spend
US$1.3Mrevenue generated in 24 months
US$73Ktotal program investment

Challenge

EWLG relied on referrals and a handful of long-standing accounts. Winter and landscaping contracts are signed months before the season by a small group of property and facilities managers, and the team had no predictable way to reach them before competitors did.

Solution

We built and refreshed a CASL-documented database of Ontario property managers, condo corporations and commercial sites, set up dedicated sending infrastructure, and ran seasonal outbound waves timed to contract-renewal windows. Every reply was routed to EWLG the same day for a fast quote.

“Over two years we put about $73,000 into Adskings — sending, data and campaign management — and it brought in roughly $1.3 million in revenue. Our calendar now fills with property managers who already know who we are. Best marketing decision we have made.”— Arina Zakharova, CEO, EWLG Property Services

Steel buildings & self-storage construction · Canada

NeoTech Construction

Sells to self-storage owners, developers and commercial landowners.

110,000+Canadian business records mapped
1,800+verified decision-maker emails
A/B/Cpriority tiers by niche

Challenge

NeoTech sells high-value steel buildings, but buyers are scattered across many niches and provinces. The sales team lacked a single, prioritised view of who to contact first.

Solution

We mapped every niche that buys steel buildings (self-storage, RV and boat storage, warehousing and agriculture) across Canada, verified decision-maker emails, logged the public source of each contact, and scored segments by priority.

Results

A send-ready national target database: 110,000+ business records mapped and 1,800+ verified decision-maker emails, segmented into A/B/C priority tiers. Campaign outcomes (replies, meetings, pipeline) will be published once the client approves them.

“We went from ‘who do we even call?’ to a ranked national target list in days. That’s the foundation of our sales plan.”— Management, NeoTech Construction

Parking lot maintenance · Ontario

OneStop Parking Lot Care

Sells to plazas, property managers and commercial landlords.

B2Bproperty-manager targeting
Seasonalsweeping, line painting & repair offers
Done-for-youdatabase + campaigns

Challenge

Parking-lot budgets are approved by property managers and plaza owners who rarely search for a new vendor until something breaks. OneStop needed to be in front of them before the spring maintenance season.

Solution

We identified the commercial property managers and plaza owners responsible for parking lots, wrote a seasonal sequence pairing a useful maintenance checklist with a quick-quote offer, and ran it from warmed, authenticated sending domains.

Results

A targeted decision-maker database and a seasonal campaign that sounds like the owner. Performance figures will be published once confirmed by the client.

“Adskings understands who signs off on a parking lot budget. The emails sounded like us, and they reached the right people.”— Owner, OneStop Parking Lot Care
